extracting public keys

Mike, I was able to extract (i.e. copy to clipboard and paste into text file) the public keys for the certifier, server, and user from their respective ID files- I used comp.exe to compare to the public keys in the Domino Directory. They are identical.

I may be not understanding your statement correctly, but were you implying there is a way to extract the stored certifier public key from the server ID and the user ID files? Is there any documentation on how to do this?

Thanks for the technote. If all else fails, I may need to follow those steps in "resolution", although I'd like to save recertifying the server and recreating the server doc as a last resort.
